骆伯年艺术基金会2019年成立于北京，是由艺术家家族继承人创建的艺术基金会。基金会以维护、传承和发扬民国摄影家骆伯年先生的摄影艺术作品为核心，并且专注于中国当代艺术领域，通过展览、公共教育、学术研究和“骆伯年优秀摄影师奖”等多样化的形式，推动中国当代艺术的创新及全方面发展。

Payne Y. Loh Art Foundation: Founded in Beijing in 2019, Payne Y. Loh Art Foundation is an art foundation created by the heirs of artists. The Foundation maintains, inherits and promotes the photographic art works of the photographer of the Republic of China Mr. Payne Y. Loh as the core, and focuses on the field of contemporary Chinese photography. Through exhibitions, public education, academic research, and the "Payne Y. Loh Excellent Photographer Award", the foundation promotes the innovation and all-round development of contemporary Chinese photography.
